Executive
Coaching
Executive coaching is facilitative one-to-one coaching with key
executives in an organisation. It is for the benefit of the individual
client, with the focus on organisational performance or development,
although there may also be a personal component as well. Results are
measured against the performance requirements of the organisation for
the individual being coached.
What does executive coaching cover?
Executive coaching covers the complex combination of skills and human
capacities that are required of today's executives such as:
- business acumen and financial management
- leadership and organisational skills
- social and communication skills
- analytical and innovative thinking capacities
- ability to inspire trust and commitment to action
- rewards and acknowledgement
- "presence" that allows them to work in a very large arena or
overlapping arenas.

Process
There will be an initial contracting conversation, identifying expectations,
clarifying process, evaluation and cost. The coach and client get
together for regular coaching sessions to ensure progress for the
client. Progress and performance development is monitored regularly
to establish coaching effectiveness by reviewing milestones and
deliverables during coaching sessions.
We offer Executive Coaching
both face-to-face or by telephone and within two different
structures:
- Time basis. The contract is established on
the basis of a number of sessions. A typical session would be
scheduled for between two and four hours.
- Retained basis. The contract is established
over a fixed period, with a fee agreed for the whole contract.
Coaching sessions are then booked as and when needed.
